Save the Children – Special Support for Flood Victims’ Unmet Needs

From our friends at Save the Children.  Please Share!

I am pleased to inform you that Save the Children has received a very generous donation to fund special and unique unmet needs of children affected by the flood. The donor would like us to provide direct support to children in the flood affected counties, whose needs may not yet have been met.

We are asking that you please share this opportunity with our partners in the field. If they know of a child that for example, needs a bed, a wheelchair, nebulizer, a ramp built; to improve their quality of life (we are authorized to consider any special need). Please have the partner refer them to us so we can follow up and facilitate the support. Please know that we will need a good way to reach the child’s family or legal guardians.
